The QUANTOFIX Ascorbic Acid test strip enables the fast and reliable determination of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in water–based liquids. The easy handling makes the test strip particularly user–friendly: simply dip into the sample, wait, and read off the result – in less than 40 seconds! The test strip can be evaluated with the included color scale as well as instrumental with the QUANTOFIX Relax strip reader. In addition to a convenient measuring procedure, this also offers automated and digital documentation of the results. QUANTOFIX Ascobic Acid is ideal for the food industry. Whether for raw material control or quality management of finished products – QUANTOFIX Ascorbic Acid quickly and easily determines the vitamin C content in the production of fruit juices, soft drinks, food supplements or canned foods.
