It enables direct lysate transfer from the filter plate to the binding plate via positive pressure, eliminating the need for the manual transfer step previously required. This leads to a simplified, time-saving workflow with reduced use of consumables.
Positive pressure processing shows reliable performance and excellent yields – equal to vacuum processing. All NucleoSpin 96 kits can be processed via positive pressure (PP).
