NucleoBond RS Capsule Filter L 0.45 µm to be used with NucleoBond RS 50 /RS 100/ RS 200 columns. The filter contains a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane with pore size of 0.45/0.2 µm for lysate clarification via peristaltic pumps. The PES membrane is encased in a polypropylene shell to minimize contact to process fluids. The filter is ready-blistered and sterilized. Please perform total lysate clarification with a combination of REF 740767, REF 740768 and REF 740769. For workflow-related information, refer to the Downloads section for 'Instruction NucleoBond RS purification workflow' (see 'Alternative clarification procedure' , page 33).
