NANOCOLOR robot test kits - automated water analysis

The use of analysis robots in the laboratory enables the automated performance of NANOCOLOR tube tests. This minimizes user errors and increases productivity and flexibility. The parallelization of processes also saves time and costs.

NANOCOLOR robotic tests are specifically designed for use in water and wastewater laboratories. The test kits contain precisely pre-dosed reagents of consistently high quality from batch to batch for reliable results in many areas of water and wastewater analysis. Automation of these otherwise manually applied test kits avoids user variation. The already high precision and reproducibility are thus further improved. Direct contact with hazardous chemicals is prevented to a minimum.

The NANOCOLOR analysis system enables the analysis of all important wastewater parameters. The basic reaction principles comply with internationally recognized standards. The different measuring ranges of the NANOCOLOR round cell tests ensure a suitable solution for every application.

Together with Skalar's SP2000 robot, test performance is fully automated. The laboratory robot has an enormous sample capacity of 48 - 192 cuvettes and takes over all necessary reaction steps and evaluates the cuvette tests independently. The evaluation is performed by means of the SKALAR software, which also ensures GLP-compliant documentation of the measurement data. Customer-specific configurations of the SP2000 allow us to respond flexibly to your requirements. The proven NTU-Check, the automatic check for interfering turbidity, is also used in this automation solution; a big plus in measurement value reliability for the user.
Once started, the robot works completely independently and thus offers you the perfect walk-away solution for your laboratory.
