The combination of gentle enzymatic lysis and DNA purification using anion exchange chromatography in the NucleoBond HMW DNA kit provide minimal DNA shearing and contaminations for optimal, pure, high molecular weight (HMW) DNA. The extracted HMW DNA is ideal for long-range single-molecule sequencing.
