Restricted substances according to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV)
MACHEREY‑NAGEL is required by the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (§9, Paragraph 2, Number 2, ChemVerbotsV) to document the supply of substances and mixtures with certain hazardous properties, also to professional users and resellers. This obligation applies to substances and mixtures with one or more acutely toxic, carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic or certain specific target organ toxic properties.
