MN Bead Tubes Type E are designed to homogenize bacteria within difficult to lyse tissue. The combination of glass and steel beads offers a very efficient way to tackle this approach.

Sample processing recommendations
In order to obtain optimal yields of DNA from sample material, a complete disruption of the sample material is necessary. Sample disruption efficiency depends on the parameters such as sample material, time and frequency of disruption, and also the disruption device. MN Bead Tubes Type E in combination with different nucleic acid purification kits (i.e NucleoSpin DNA Lipid Tissue or NucleoSpin DNA Insect) can be used to isolate DNA from bacteria within challenging tissue.
