QUANTOFIX pH/Nitrite test strip enables quick and reliable determination of the pH value and nitrite content in water–based liquids. The easy handling makes the test strip particularly user–friendly: simply dip it into the sample, wait and read off the result – in 60 seconds! QUANTOFIX pH/Nitrite is therefore ideal for the analysis of water–based coolants. Regular monitoring of the cooling lubricant emulsion is not only a decisive prerequisite for its optimal use, but also important for the safety of the user. Low pH levels reduce the corrosion protection and stability of the emulsion. High pH and nitrite levels can pose a health risk to the operator.
