NucleoBond Xtra Midi EF is an anion exchange column kit for manual and automated use. Our 2nd generation anion exchange resin and column filters allow for a convenient and fast processing. The kit is capable of isolating high-purity, high-integrity plasmid DNA with exceptionally low endotoxin levels (≤ 0.05 EU/µg DNA), rendering it ideal for transfection and gene therapy applications.
