NucleoBond Xtra Maxi EF is a anion exchange column kit for manual and automated use. Our 2nd generation anion exchange resin and column filters allows convenient and fast processing. The kit is capable of isolating high-purity, high-integrity plasmid DNA with exceptionally low endotoxin levels (≤ 0.05 EU/µg DNA), rendering it ideal for transfection of sensitive cells and gene therapy applications.
