NucleoBond PC 10000 is an anion exchange column kit for manual and semi automated use. The AX 10000 column contains our 1st generation anion exchange resin. The kit is capable of isolating high-purity, high-integrity plasmid DNA with transfection grade quality. Depending on the sample input, yields of up to 10 mg are achievable.
