The IsoPure 96 is an automated high throughput platform for magnetic bead-based DNA/RNA extraction. It has the capacity to process up to 96 samples concurrently, making it a stand-alone instrument that is straightforward to set up, program, and operate. Key steps like mixing, transferring magnetic beads, washing, and elution are carried out automatically, resulting in substantial time savings and enhancing both efficiency and reproducibility. Depending on the NucleoMag kit type and program complexity, the purification process can typically be completed within a range of 20 to 60 minutes. This versatile device boasts a touchscreen panel for convenient on-site programming and operation, built-in UV sterilization, as well as an 8-position plate carousel featuring two heating blocks.
