MN 1640 d is a wet-strengthened, slow, ashless filter paper with very fine particle retention. Standard paper for critical gravimetric analysis of fine precipitates like barium sulfate or metastannic acid. The smooth surface allows fiber-free filtration, even for highly acidic and basic media.
