NucleoBond PC 20000 EF is an anion exchange column kit for manual use. The AX 2000 column contains our 1st generation anion exchange resin. The kit is capable of isolating high-purity, high-integrity plasmid DNA with endotoxin-free quality (≤ 0.1 EU/µg DNA), rendering it ideal for transfection of sensitive cells. Depending on the sample input, yields of up to 2 mg are achievable.
