NucleoBond PC 2000 is an anion exchange column kit for manual use. The AX 2000 column contains our 1st generation anion exchange resin. The kit is capable of isolating high-purity, high-integrity plasmid DNA with transfection grade quality. Depending on the sample input, yields of up to 2 mg are achievable.
