The Frame optimizes the processing of NucleoSpin 96 Plasmid and NucleoSpin 96 Plasmid Transfection-grade kits. It enables direct lysate transfer from the filter plate to the binding plate via positive pressure, eliminating the need for the manual transfer step previously required. This leads to a simplified, time-saving workflow with reduced use of consumables.
Positive pressure processing shows reliable performance and excellent yields – equal to vacuum processing. All NucleoSpin 96 kits can be processed via positive pressure (PP).
