NucleoBond RS Capsule Filter L, 5µm
The NucleoBond RS Capsule Filter L 5 µm is designed for use with NucleoBond RS 50 /RS 100/ RS 200 columns. The capsule filter contains glass fiber membrane with pore size of 5 µm for cell lysate clarification via peristaltic pumps. The polypropylene microfiber is encased in a polypropylene shell to minimize contact to process fluids. Please perform total cell lysate clarification with a combination of REF 740767, REF 740768 and REF 740769. For workflow-related information, refer to the Downloads section for 'Instruction NucleoBond RS purification workflow' (see 'Alternative clarification procedure' , page 33).
