Sustainability at MACHEREY-NAGEL: We are digitizing the QUANTOFIX IFUs!

After 2025, you will no longer find package inserts in our QUANTOFIX products. During the course of the year, we will switch all QUANTOFIX test strips to digital package inserts. Simply scan the QR code on a QUANTOFIX label and find the instructions for use online!

This digital solution is not only more convenient, but also guarantees that the content is always available and up to date. Find all the information you need quickly and easily in your own language and zoom in as much as you like.

With this decision, we at MACHEREY-NAGEL are taking an important step towards more sustainable product packaging and actively contributing to a greener future. At the same time, we are offering our customers a modern way of interacting and improving access to relevant information.

Reducing paper use and conserving resources is just one part of our broader commitment to the environment. We recognize that forests play a critical role in climate change mitigation by sequestering CO2 and protecting biodiversity. By protecting forests and avoiding deforestation, we are doing our part to preserve the environment and combat climate change.

We will continue to look for innovative solutions to reduce our environmental footprint and further improve the sustainability of our products. Stay tuned for more actions we will be taking in the future!

MACHEREY-NAGEL contributes to environmental protection
The PureElbe project has come to a successful end!

After an inspiring journey from the Elbe to the North Sea, the PureElbe project under the leadership of Professor Fath was successfully completed!

A highlight was the exchange between our employee Anette Doorentz and Professor Fath, which focused on the project and our instruments. The team used our systems to measure COD, total phosphate, ammonium and turbidity - our turbidity test provided precise insights into the water quality of the Elbe.

We are proud of the results and of being able to contribute to environmental protection with our innovative measurement technology.
