The NucleoBond RS column is an anion exchange column designed for semi-automated use in environments with high regulatory standards. The closed nature of the column, combined with processing using a peristaltic pump or FPLC system, ensures reproducible results whilst minimising hands-on time. These columns are capable of isolating high purity, high integrity, vaccine-grade quality plasmid DNA, resulting in our lowest endotoxin product to date (≤ 0.01 EU/µg). Depending on the column size and sample input, yields of 10-200 mg can be achieved. To complement the versatility of the column, a range of Clean-up protocols are available for use as support protocols.
