The NucleoType DirectLyse Reagent serves an universal lysis buffer designed for simple DNA extraction from diverse biological samples, such as animal tissue, hair samples, cultivated cells, blood, swabs, or plant tissue. The reagent is intended for simple DNA extraction, enabling direct use in subsequent PCR or qPCR reactions. Comprising Extraction Buffer XLR and Liquid Proteinase K, this single-tube and column-free DNA extraction reagent can process up to 500 samples, depending on the sample type and protocol employed.
