NucleoSpin RNA Plus is a spin column based kit for manual use. It is intended for the isolation of high purity and high integrity RNA from a wide range of sample materials like tissues and cultured cells. Besides spin columns and buffers it contains a gDNA Removal Column enabling short processing times by omitting a rDNase digestion.
