NucleoSpin Plasmid Transfection-grade is a spin column based kit for manual use. Our advanced silica membrane based plasmid isolation kit is able to achieve endotoxin levels below ≤ 50 EU/µg plasmid DNA, which makes it viable for transfection of non-sensitive cells. Plasmid DNA is eluted in a slight alkaline buffer (5 mM Tris/HCl, pH 8.5), thus being ready for subsequent applications.
