NucleoSpin Plasmid EasyPure is a spin column kit based for manual use. It has been developed for the rapid isolation of plasmid DNA from bacteria such as Escherichia coli. The innovative buffer design enables a one-step washing procedure, allowing isolation in under 10 minutes. Plasmid DNA is eluted in a slight alkaline buffer (5 mM Tris/HCl, pH 8.5), thus being ready-to-use for subsequent applications.
