The NucleoMag NGS Clean-up and Size Select kit allows for the tailored preparation of NGS libraries using simple clean-up, single or double sided size selection protocols. The kit allows a precise fine-tuning of your sizes selection with an accuracy of 50 bp. It is possible to select DNA with a chosen size threshold or within a specific size-range. The beads are also applicable for the simple nucleic acid clean-up from reaction mixtures, such as cDNA synthesis or in-vitro transcription reactions.
