Interview
If the qualifications meet our requirements for the respective position, we will invite you to a personal interview. We may also arrange an initial brief meeting by telephone to become acquainted and then hold a personal interview in one of our offices. Depending on the position, we will also hold a second interview in order to get to know you better.
Initial training
To facilitate your start in your new position, we offer an intensive training programme and we support you during your first few work days.
