NucleoSpin RNA Plant is a spin column based kit for manual use. It is intended for the isolationof RNA from a wide variety of plant samples. Besides spin columns it contains two different lysis buffers to choose from to handle a broad spectrum of seconday plant metabolites. It also contains rDNAse for on-column DNA digestion.
