The NucleoSpin 96 Plant II kit offers a rapid extraction of genomic DNA from up to 96 plant samples at once. The choice between two different lysis buffers ensure any homogenized plant sample is lysed efficiently. Lysate is first cleared through centrifugation and any remaining contaminations are washed away with simple washing steps to ensure DNA is free from any secondary metabolites.
