This solution reduces the urgency to process tissue samples immediately or freeze them in liquid nitrogen for future processing. By allowing tissue pieces to be harvested and immersed in NucleoProtect RNA solution for storage, the quality and quantity of RNA obtained during subsequent RNA isolation remain uncompromised. To isolate RNA, remove the cells or tissue from NucleoProtect RNA solution and handle it as if it were freshly collected.
