Matrix
Application-No.:
SPE
-
304034

Substances: aromatic compounds, phenols from water, nitroaromatics from water, pesticides from water, PAH from oil
Column: CHROMABOND® HR-P, 3 mL, 200 mg
Phase: CHROMABOND HR-P
REF number: 730108
Sample pretreatment: Individual sample preparation in reference to the compounds and matrix.
Conditions: Column conditioning: 3 mL methanol, then 3 mL water.
(Do not let run the column dry.)

Sample aspiration: The prepared sample is passed through the column by vacuum or pressure (max. 1000 mL sample volume)

Washing: With 3 mL methanol - water (2:98, v/v) are washed impurities

Note: All solvent volumes are based on the amount of adsorbent (200 mg) and have to be adjusted according to the size of used cartridge. This protocol is a suggestion for standard procedures and should be optimized (solvents, volumes, adsorbent amount, ....) due to necessity of the investigated sample or compound and subsequent analysis (GC, HPLC, ...).
