Sample pretreatment:		Sample is adjusted to pH 1-7 in relation to the cationic compounds
Conditions:		Column conditioning: 3 ml methanol, then 3 ml water. (Do not let run the column dry.) Sample aspiration: The prepared sample is passed through the column by vacuum or pressure (max. 1000 ml sample volume) Washing 1: With 3 ml AcOH / water (5:95, v/v) impurities are removed. Washing 2 (Elution 1): With 3 ml methanol / water (20:80, v/v) neutral and acidic compounds can be removed (eluated). Elution 2: Compounds are eluted with 2 x 2 ml methanol/acetone (1:1, v/v) + 5% NH3 or with 2 x 2 ml methanol/acetone (1:1, v/v) + 20% AcOH
