Sample pretreatment:		Add 25 ml 2-propanol to 500 ml water sample
Conditions:		Column conditioning: 10 ml methylene chloride, 10 ml methanol, then 10 ml dist. water - 2-propanol (9:1, v/v) Sample application: Aspirate 500 ml pretreated water sample through the column (about 5 ml/min) Column washing: 2 ml dist. water - 2-propanol (9:1, v/v), then dry column (about 20 min, vacuum) Elution: elute with 4 x1 ml methylene chloride (let percolate first 1 ml into the column packing without vacuum, then apply light vacuum), if necessary evaporate in a stream of nitrogen and fill up with a suitable solvent
