Sample application: Slowly force or aspirate the clear supernatant from the sample pretreatment through the column
Column washing: 2 ml 0.1 mol KH2PO4 buffer (pH 6), then 1 ml 0.1 mol acetic acid, then 2 ml methanol; afterwards dry column by centrifugation (2 min., 4000 rpm.) and under vacuum for 10 min.
Elution: 1.5 ml dichloromethane / 2-propanol / ammonia solution (25 %) (80:20:2, v/v/v)
