Sample pretreatment:Individual sample preparation in reference to the compounds and matrix.
Conditions:Column conditioning: 6 ml methanol, then 6 ml water. (Do not let run the column dry.)

Sample aspiration: The prepared sample is passed through the column by vacuum or pressure (max. 1000 ml sample volume)

Washing: With 3 ml methanol - water (5:95, v/v) are washed impurities

Elution: Analytes are eluted with 2 x 2 ml methanol or acetone

Legend:All solvent volumes are based on the amount of adsorbent (200 or 500 mg) and have to be adjusted according to the size of used cartridge.
