Photometric determination of Ethanol
	Photometric determination with the enzyme peroxidase and a specific indicator. The enzyme alcoholoxidase splits ethanol to form acetaldehyde and hydrogen peroxide. The peroxide formed reacts by catalytic oxidation of a chromogen with peroxidase to a blue dye.
