NucleoSpin RNA Clean-up XS is designed for clean-up and concentration of RNA samples. It is based on NucleoSpin RNA XS columns and allows the clean-up of pre-purified RNA solutions (e.g. Trizol® extracts) and RNA purification from reaction mixtures (e.g. amplification reactions, labeling reactions, DNase digestions).
Due to the low elution volume of 5 – 20 µl NucleoSpin RNA Clean-up XS allows concentration of dilute RNA solutions up to 50 x leading to a better performance in subsequent reactions like RT-PCR.

NucleoSpin Plasma XS enables the rapid purification of circulating DNA from plasma. Increased amounts of circulating DNA in plasma have been found in a variety of disorders including cancer, autoimmune diseases, infections, certain fetal diseases, trauma, stroke, and others.
Circulating DNA is known to be highly fragmented and low in concentration which creates difficulties in its purification. NucleoSpin Plasma XS is designed for the isolation of fragmented DNA from human EDTA blood plasma in a range of approximately 50 bp – 1000 bp.
The kit comprises an optimized buffer chemistry and a membrane composition especially designed for high recovery rates of fragmented DNA. NucleoSpin Plasma XS allows elution in only 5 – 30 μl, resulting in highly concentrated DNA.
