Genomic DNA from tissue and cells

Features 

Magnetic-bead based isolation of genomic DNA from human or animal tissue, cultured cells, or bacteria

• One-tube procedure minimizes risk of cross-contamination
• Small elution volumes ³ 50 µl possible
• Yield does not depend on elution volume
• Easily adapted to automated use
DNA ready-to-use for e.g. PCR, Southern blotting, any kind of enzymatic reaction
